The Square Artisan Café
We have created a unique bistro style café for the University based in Guildhall Square within the city's cultural quarter.
Our food offer is based on using fresh local produce to give you simple bistro dishes created by our chef and includes wholesome homemade soups, ploughman's lunches, freshly made quiches and pies, and other lunchtime favourites.
The Square Artisan café hopes to showcase great wholesome food combined with a focus on the arts and cultural activity. Our bistro style lunches include freshly made plated salads, popular vegetarian options, delicious 'hot eats' and new for the summer we are introducing a range of Ice Cream Sundaes.
We also have a great selection of high quality food and drink for you to take away. From freshly prepared sandwiches and wholesome soup to Fairtrade coffee and handmade cakes, to freshly baked breads and boxed salad.
In keeping with our approach across the University we will use organic milk, local free range eggs and other local produce wherever possible. Look out for details on display in the café.
